JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s CEO. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft letters and emails and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Education Qualification
Any Graduate in Any Specialization
Experience
- 5-6 years - As an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Fresher also preferable with good communication skills.
Notice Period
Should be available immediately

Duties & Responsibilities
- To manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- To maintain and ensure professional discretion and confidentiality
- Acting as the point of contact among management, employees, clients and other external partners
- Managing CEO’s calendars and set up meetings, scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms, travel arrangements- ground and hotel etc. Making travel arrangements, detailed travel itineraries, arranging for accommodations and preparing expense reports.
- Should be well versed in PST, IST, EST and GMT time zone
- Handling correspondence directed to managers/supervisors
- Being a scribe for
- Tracking of client enquiries and potential requests for quotations ( RFQ) from website and following up on the leads and tracking them through engagement
- Screen and direct phone calls
- Provide general administrative support
- Ability to organize daily workload by priorities
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
