Prabha did her undergraduate degree in commerce. She certified as a Chartered Accountant from India and is also a Cost & Works Accountant from India. Prabha moved to Los Angeles in 1996, after which she obtained her CPA licensure from the state of California. She also obtained an MBA in Entrepreneurship with an emphasis in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles.
Prabha began her Public Accounting Career in 1996. She has served a diversified clientele throughout her professional career. Prabha has worked in the United States for over 12 years with a variety of CPA firms including a Big-4 firm. Prabha moved to India 2008 with the sole edict of helping Kellogg & Andelson, a large regional firm in Southern California, to establish its captive subsidiary in India to provide tax, accounting and bookkeeping support to its clients. She helped grow the professional team to a 60-member-strong group. Prabha not only helped manage the day-today operation in Chennai, but also combined Technical Expertise with her Managerial Responsibilities and plays an active role in providing employees with a platform to groom to become full-scope tax and accounting advisers of the future.
Prabha established Ventura Pranas with the intent of providing other firms and clients these services. She continues to service a large book of tax clients primarily in the United States for all their tax consulting, compliance and planning needs. These clients are professional, doctors, artists majority of whom are based out of Los Angeles. She also has clients in other states. She also services a large book of Indian clients consisting primarily of expatriates who are employed in India, either temporarily or indefinitely as her certification and experience in taxes and accounting in both India and USA gives clients an opportunity to work with one person for all their tax planning and compliance needs in both countries.
Prabha is a CAL CPA Society member, a member of the AICPA, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (India), a member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants (India) and an alumni of the Loyola Marymount University (Los Angeles).
B.Tech (IIT), MS (USA)
Satish Sridharan is a graduate of the B. Tech program at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. After graduating with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 1993, Satish joined the University of Arizona in Tucson for a Master’s program in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
His career started with Vitesse Semiconductor based in California in 1995. He specialized in designing Integrated Circuits for the high speed optical communication industry. In 2001, he co-founded Igenic Communications which was acquired in 2002 by Infinera Corporation. After spending five years at Infinera USA, Satish relocated to India in 2007 to head the ASIC team at Infinera India.
Satish is a
Founder and CEO of Ventura-Pranas, accounting division. He manages the technology and all corporate strategy planning and implementation. In addition Satish heads the hardware design and consultancy services division of Ventura Technologies, that provides services to semiconductor companies in USA and India.
