With an undergraduate degree in commerce, Prabha is a certified Chartered Accountant and Cost & Works Accountant from India. She moved to Los Angeles in 1996 and obtained her CPA license from the state of California and an MBA in Entrepreneurship with an emphasis in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles.

Her Public Accounting career began in the year 1996 serving a diversified clientele. Having worked in the United States for over 12 years with CPA firms including a Big-4 firm, she moved to India in 2008. In India, she assisted Kellogg & Andelson in establishing its captive subsidiary in India to provide tax and accounting support to its clients. She led the professional team to grow into a 100-member firm.

Being driven, dedicated, and dynamic, Prabha founded Ventura Pranas in 2011 to cater to her extensive list of clientele across the US, India and Singapore. She straddles across nations to conduct workshops, sharing her insights about complicated cross-border accounting issues. Over the years, she led the company with elan and expertise, registering a staggering twenty percent growth every year. Being one of the few successful women entrepreneurs in her field, Prabha leads by example and lives by her principles.
