Happy to be expanding our recruitment to other colleges in Tamil Nadu! Ventura Pranas has seen thirteen years whiz by, and we are growing. It was one year and three months ago that our office in Trichurapalli (Trichy) commenced. At that time, our focus was on recruiting our staff from St. Joseph’s College, Tiruchirapalli, one of the first colleges that were welcoming to our recruitment outreach.

As part of our growth plan, we decided that we should provide equal opportunity to candidates from the periphery cities in Tamil Nadu. I am extremely happy to say that Ventura Pranas has been able to find excellent staff for both our offices (Chennai and Trichy), from colleges in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

This time, we were very satisfied with the campus placement drive at Thiagarajar College, Madurai. Several promising candidates have joined Ventura Pranas from here. our new recruits seem just as enterprising and drive as their counterparts from the bigger cities. We look forward to welcoming them to our team.
