B.V. Ramana - CEO at Precistat Data Services
I have worked with Ventura-Pranas for over 8 years now for my US tax filings. They have simplified the process so much, since they completely understand the ramifications of both my US and India investments and income and ensure I am compliant on all fronts. They make sure I plan for my liabilities adequately. I would recommend them as a trusted tax advisor any day.
Rajeev Mohan - Managing Director at Kimberly- Clark Lever Pvt. Ltd.
Ventura Pranas Accounting has provided an excellent synchronized support with my US and India Taxes for last 3 years. I am impressed with their ability to optimize the tax returns within the framework of complex tax codes of both countries and they do this with great deal of professionalism, competence and integrity. Prabha Srinivasan, the founder of Pranas, is delightful to work with as she is supremely responsive, very knowledgeable, diligent and an extremely competent and professional individual. No hesitation in highly recommending Pranas to any US expats in India.
Deepa Bharath - C.F.O at Write For Lawyers, Inc
Write For Lawyers, Inc. has worked with Ventura-Pranas for over 10 years. They provide us with bookkeeping services, income tax planning, and compliance services for our Los Angeles-based company, and handle our personal tax filings. I immensely value their grasp of the U.S. tax codes and rules in India and their ability to quickly resolve any issues with either country's tax administration agencies. Their level of customer service has always exceeded my expectations and is, in my opinion, on par or better than what is often provided in the U.S. I'd absolutely recommend and encourage US tax return filers to take full advantage of the services that are offered by Ventura-Pranas.
I have been using services of Ventura-Pranas for all my tax needs for past 4 years and I am happy I found them. Our tax situation got quite complicated when we returned from US to India and surrendered our green cards. Prabha, who is well versed with the tax laws of both the countries helped me to stop the double taxation being done by my company at source. I would recommend Prabha and her team to any one who is looking for a real professional help in tax arena.
Srinath Sridharan - CEO at Aura Semiconductors Private Limited
Ventura-Pranas manages our US and India personal income tax filings. In addition the firm handles our Indian corporate governance, accounting and all CFO functions, allowing us to focus on what we do best as a company. All personal and corporate compliance and income tax is handled by one firm- making what is usually an onerous and cumbersome process, a lot simpler. They have successfully managed all of these functions for me for over a decade now.
